Police and Detectives are saying enough is enough.With the new bail reform laws and charges not sticking any say its just not worth it.Police are deemed effective by the amount of cases they solve and arrests they make.This also determines their graduation in rank ,salary and pensions.
Over 1000 police officers have quit the job and 400 plus detectives have done the same .They have either quit or taken their retirement.This is a terrible thing for the people of the city and safety .This would also effect experience and know how.o many who learn from older offices will have less of an opportunity to do so.
